CrossFit Kids & Teens

CrossFit Kids and Teens is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teens. Young athletes participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results, makes a well-rounded individual for any sport, and introduces a lifelong love of fitness.

The Summer 2018 classes are held Monday through Friday afternoons.

Classes begin June 11, 2018.

Kids: 2:00 – 2:45 PM

Teens: 3:00 – 3:50 PM

The kids class is for the 5-10 age group and the teen class is for the 11-16 age group. We will keep your kids moving and active with age appropriate skills and workouts.  The kids will have so much fun they will not even realize it is a great fitness and conditioning program!

Class Structure:

The kids and teens will have a warm-up, a middle skill component, and then incorporate that skill into their workout. This class structure includes an array of skills: coordination, agility, cardiovascular endurance, balance, speed, strength, stamina, flexibility, power, and accuracy. This challenges young athletes in a fun and safe environment to foster improvement in physical fitness at all age and skill levels.
