DOUBLE UNDERS CHALLENGE WINNERS
CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR DOUBLE UNDER CHALLENGE WINNERS!!
We continued our athlete improvement series with a little jump rope fun. Working on your double unders can not only be a bit frustrating, require patience but also needs practice. Our members were tasked to accumulate double unders before or after class. If dubs were part of a WOD participants were allowed to count them in the challenge. Here were the divisions:
1. Scaled: No dubs or only one at a time
2. Rx: Single double, single double sets -or- string up to 6 dubs
3. Rx+: String 11+ dubs
Winners in each division received the coveted CrossFit Optimistic tasty treat of their choice!
