PULL- UP CHALLENGE WINNERS
CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR PULL-UP CHALLENGE WINNERS!!
Why not improve your pull-ups with a little fun? We challenged our members to accumulate as many chins as possible in a two-week period. The intent was to have our athletes apply the skills and drills they learned at our Pull-up clinic. Participants were allowed to accumulate chins before or after class. If chins were part of a WOD participants were allowed to count them in the challenge. Here were the divisions:
1. Scaled: Execute your chins with any color band
2. Rx: Consistently string up to 5 chins
3. Rx+: Consistently string 6+ chins
Winners in each division received a tasty treat of their choice!
