Classes are 6PM Tuesdays and Thursdays
North Central Location

Class Structure
Begins with a warm-up, a middle skill component, and then incorporate that skill into their workout.
This class structure includes an array of skills: coordination, agility, cardiovascular endurance, etc.
This challenges young athletes in a fun and safe environment to foster improvement in physical fitness at all age and skill levels.
Interested in joining? Just drop in 15 minutes before class starts. CrossFit Teens are ages 11-16.
